Framing continues to go up and the 1200′ of electric and water lines are in from the co-ops. Bringing out water from the co-op was about 1/10 the cost of drilling a well, plus we don’t have to maintain any of it!
I feel really bad for the construction workers out there, it’s over 110 degrees in Texas this week. Props to those guys, that’s real hard work.
