The pad for the foundation has been finished and all the major dirt work required for the driveway has also been done. Culverts are set and cattle guard is installed. Derall cut as many of the drainages together as possible to reduce the number of culverts needed. We went from needing probably 5-6 culverts to 3. The largest culvert being 24″x30′ at the road. We’ll be taking a pause before doing much more work at this point to get some of the house details and financing worked out. Next phase should be to begin construction on the house and lay gravel on the driveway.
