Donny from Beaver Builders worked with Derall on a cold December morning to layout the house pad in the clearing so Derall can level the soil for the foundation.
It’s about a 3′ drop from the back of the pad to the front, so 18″ will be cut from the back and pushed the front to make it level. This view of the tall post oaks will eventually be what you see out the back of the house.
